Most Precious Blood Church

Welcome!

Dear Friends in Christ, please join MPB Parish and pray with us. All are welcome and encouraged to offer their prayers for those personally impacted by the spread of COVID-19 and for all those who are providing care and helping to reduce the risk.

"In this special year of Saint Joseph in our Diocese, may we seek his powerful intercession to safely guard the Church frorm all evils, just as he protected the Holy Family from Harm. Saint Joseph, our guide and patron, pray for us." - Most Reverend Joseph C. Bambera, D.D., J.C.L., Bishop of Scranton

The COVID-19 pandemic has posed many challenges for all of us, including our beloved parishes. Offertory funds lost due to the suspension of Masses have put a strain on the ability of parishes to pay bills and offer services.

Please consider making a gift and support the vital ministries and services your parish provides. You may select your parish from the drop-down menu on this form or you may choose “parishes most in need” at the bottom of the list. Gifts of any amount are welcome and all gifts will go directly to the parish indicated.

For five days, beginning on Palm Sunday, April 5, 2020 and continuing daily through Thursday, April 9, 2020, I am asking pastors to ring the bells of your church each day for sixty seconds at noon, as a means of calling us all to unite in prayer during the COVID-19 pandemic. - Bishop Bambera
